>Do you have a brick and mortar store?    

We only sell designer products online at this time. At the moment we are physically present at the Miami Art Walk, where we will be placing products on sale the second Saturday of each month.

>How do you find new designers and communicate with them?

We are constantly looking for new emerging designers in local markets, through online campaign recruiting, and cool hunting scouting. Communicating directly through email with selected designers.

>How can I find the product or the designer that I am looking for?

Designer Name will appear over each product, and we will provide a link where you can go directly to the Designer’s description.

>How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Or you can track your order by email through info@restructurestore.com

>How do you calculate the Shipping costs? 

Shipping costs are calculated using the weight of the products purchased and the U.S. Postal Service shipping tables. The site will calculate your shipping costs for you automatically based on shipping weights.

>How can I change/cancel my order?

Please feel free to contact us at info@restructurestore.com or you can go on the website at the Return Policy tab where we explain in detail which are the steps that you need to do in order to change or cancel your order.

>How can I return/exchange my order?

>How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item (s) will be delivered depending on the shipping method you selected.

>How can I have my own account?

If you are a customer and want to be one of our registered clients at RS, you need to go to the account tab and fill out your information.

>Do you have a size chart?

We do have a size description on each of the products.

>Do you have a RS gift card?

We do not have gift cards at the moment

>What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,    Discover, Paypal

We do not accept checks, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards.

IMPORTANT: Your billing address must exactly match your name, address and postal code as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process for your credit card payment.

Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses (P.O. boxes are not accepted). Your phone number and email address are also required in case we need to contact you about your order

>Will I be charged sales tax in my order?

Sales tax is charged for Florida residents only. The rate is 7% by law. The site will use your address to determine if tax should be applied and will do so for Florida residents. 

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on the returned item. However, you will not receive a refund for the taxes paid on the shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error.
