RS offers the service and quality that you as a customer deserve. As a result of unique, handcrafted and Latin American made products, our items will vary on size, color and quantity. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, you will be able to do so within 30 days (from the date listed on your receipt) for most items in favorable conditions through our customer service contact.
If you are not satisfied with the product you just purchased, you will be able to return it, but first you have to contact us with your concerns at email@example.com.
You have 30 calendar days to return your order and the product has to be unused and on the same conditions that you received it with the original tag.
Your product has to have the original receipt of purchase or any proof of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any returns.
Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Allow 2 weeks for us to process your order and we will proceed with the refund on the same payment method stored and provided in the initial payment transaction.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of a shipping return will be deducted from your refund. Shipping return charges are not refundable unless it is our mistake or a damaged product.
Orders arriving after the expected delivery date (Printed in receipt) are eligible for total refund including shipping fees.
> Damaged Items
Damaged items should be reported to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt with the description of the problem and the item number. We will refund the cost of the item to your account or we will replace your item as soon as possible.
RESTRUCTURESTORE.COM is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Claims may take up to 8 business days to process. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.
> Exchanges and cancelations
We will handle exchanges as a return, you have to follow the returns directions and afterwards make a new purchase as a new transaction.
